Live from the SWEEP performance platform
The Proof.
We time every race a SWEEP swimmer swims and keep all of it in our own platform. This page reads straight from that database, so the numbers change as we race.

Lifetime bests
Are they actually getting faster?
That's the only question that matters, so we count it strictly. A returning racer is anyone who raced before this year and raced again in it. A lifetime best only counts in the same stroke, distance and pool length.
If you're new here
Of the swimmers who joined in the last two seasons and raced more than once, 78% have already beaten one of their own times. Half of them did it inside 14 days of their first timed swim, and by the end of year one 80% were faster than on their first day.
17 June – 5 August 2026
A race night every week.
Across 17 June – 5 August 2026 we ran a timed team time trial every single week,8 in a row. That came to 312 race swims, and 45 of them were personal bests. 22 of the 42 swimmers who raced the series took at least one home.
The season, live
A personal best is any swim that beat that swimmer's own previous time in the event, so one swimmer can set several in a season and swimmers new to racing count too. The lifetime bests above are the stricter measure: a whole event beaten against everything the swimmer had done before this season.
16 club race days so far, and the year isn't done.
Club records
The record board keeps moving.
We keep a club record for every event. There are 34 of them, held by 16 different swimmers: 7 girls and 9 boys, and nobody holds more than 5.
They don't all fall the same way. Most change hands, and the girls' 50m free did it three times in under four weeks. Some are broken by the swimmer who already held them.
The best swim on our books
785 World Aquatics points: 100m freestyle in 50.30, long course, by Adam K. in December 2025.
The next four best long-course swims are his too; the best by anyone else scores 771.

Depth
Not a one-swimmer club.
27 of the 34 club records have a different swimmer within five per cent of the mark, and 23 within three. 27 swimmers past and present have held a record at some point, 13 girls and 14 boys.
Some gaps are a touch. The girls' 50m fly stands at 28.1 with a teammate at 28.2 (Farida S. and Hana W.); the 50m free at 26.6 with 26.8 behind it (Farida S. and Jomana T.).

The long game
Years in, still dropping.
One good season can be luck, so look longer. Take every swimmer-and-event line raced across three or more years. There are 39, and 36 of them are faster than year one. The median improvement is 2.7%, with 79.7 seconds shed in total. The three lines that aren't faster missed by an exact tie, by 0.07 seconds and by 0.12.
All 10 swimmers behind those lines still train at SWEEP today, and 33 of our 44 active swimmers have race results across two or more seasons.
Here is one swimmer's version, season best per year in both sprint events:
Faster is lower · both panels share one scale, in % off the first year · * 2026 = season to date
Still improving at the top
Of the 21 swimmers in club history rated 650+ World Aquatics points, 14 set a lifetime best in 2026. The club's two fastest women are among them this year: Jomana T. took the 50m free 27.20 → 26.80, and Farida S. set lifetime bests in four events.
Most improved, 2026
Abdelrahman Am. is 13, and he took his 200m IM from 3:09.0 to 2:53.4 this season. That's 15.6 seconds in one year. Behind him: Aly H. (17), 100m butterfly, 1:00.79 → 56.20, and Mohamed H. (17), 50m breaststroke, 33.90 → 31.82.
