Programs

One academy.
Twelve and up.

Three programs, one way of coaching. A kid can join Juniors at twelve and still be racing for a squad at eighteen without ever having to relearn how we do things.

The week

Six sessions on offer.

SAT–WED8:00–10:30 PM
FRI2:30–5:00 PM
THUREST DAY

Sessions run two and a half hours: a short warm-up on land, then the water. You do not have to come to all six. Juniors train three to six sessions depending on their level, and we work the number out with you. Masters train evenings on a shorter, tailored week. The competitive squads train all six. We are at Hayah International Academy in New Cairo.Open in Maps ↗

About the late finish

Juniors are out of the water at 10:00 PM; the older groups swim the full block above. Most of our families settle into it, and Thursday is a full rest day. If the late finish is too much on certain nights, tell us and we'll plan around it rather than lose you.

About the fees

Training is billed monthly, and the amount depends on the program and how many sessions a week your swimmer does. Club kit is bought separately, and there is nothing else to pay on top. We go through the exact numbers with you at the free assessment, before you commit to anything.

The foundation

Juniors

Where a swimmer learns to race properly. We teach the skills through games and we take the technique seriously, because the habits a swimmer builds at twelve are the ones that stick.

Juniors are out of the water at 10:00 PM on the evening sessions — half an hour before the older groups — and you settle how many nights a week with the coaches rather than committing to all six.

What we build

  • Starts, turns and streamlines taught through games (they think they're playing; they're training)
  • All four strokes built properly from the start, so there's nothing to unlearn at fourteen
  • Their own times and PBs in the app, just like the older swimmers
  • Training in the same pool as the squads they'll one day join

The core

Squads

This is the heart of the academy. Red and Blue share the water all six sessions a week — five evenings and a Friday afternoon — and spend the season chasing each other's points.

What we build

  • Technique that survives fatigue, checked on video and on the watch
  • Race craft: pacing, starts, turns, underwaters
  • A full season of meets, with every swim logged in the app
  • Squad points, captains and honours that keep the Red–Blue thing alive all year

One evening

Activation → Technique block → Main set (with a stated purpose) → Speed & walls → Recover

Each night of the week has its own focus (sprint, endurance, stroke work, race rehearsal). Most nights the full coaching staff is out, which works out to roughly one coach per ten swimmers in the water.

Placement: we place you after watching you swim. Red leans sprint, Blue leans middle-distance — but your history and abilities decide it, and some sprinters swim Blue. Advanced juniors and masters earn a lane here too.

Racing: we run timed meets most weeks of the year and film every race. Swimmers also get entered in events they haven't tried, which is how we find out what they are actually built for. For official competition, our swimmers race for their own club or their school, and we do the season's training behind it.

The adults

Masters

The same coaching, on a schedule that respects your job. Most of our masters are former swimmers coming back, or triathletes tired of losing time in the water — adults who trained seriously once and want to again.

Masters train in the evening sessions, and nobody expects the full six-session week. We work the right schedule out with you, around your job.

What we build

  • Full stroke rebuilds, however long ago you learned
  • Freestyle efficiency for triathletes and open-water swimmers
  • You get fit by swimming well, no punishment sets required
  • Racing is part of the deal: our own timed meets at minimum, official masters racing when you're ready
