The academy

SWEEP is for people who want to get seriously fast without the noise. We coach from evidence: video, splits, stroke rate. The deck stays calm, every set has a reason, and nobody swims junk metres to fill a clock.

Speed is the by-product of a beautiful stroke. We build the stroke first.
Everything points at the block. If it doesn't make you faster, we don't do it.
Elite doesn’t mean tense. Calm deck, warm coaches, obsessed with your next length.

The squads
Red. Blue. One academy.
Every swimmer here belongs to Red or Blue. The squads train in the same water six nights a week and spend the season trying to out-point each other for the squad title. It keeps training honest, and it's half the fun of being here.

Ice and distance control. The closers.
The deck team
Six coaches. One standard.
Every coach here swam competitively, and some of us raced for Egypt. Most nights, all six of us are on deck.
