The deck team

The six of us.

Most nights, all six of us are on deck together. We plan every session before you arrive, we know every swimmer by name, and we explain every correction we make.

Pedigree

Built by racers.

All of us swam competitively before we coached, and some of us represented Egypt at major international championships. Whatever we ask you to do in the water, we've done ourselves.

Mindset

Works with swimmers on the mental side of the sport: facing what is holding them back and building a mindset that holds up when it matters.

Coaching & operations

On deck with the swimmers, and the person keeping the academy running behind it. Most of what works around here goes through her.

Juniors & distance

Builds the foundations with our youngest swimmers. His open water and distance background shapes how the longer sets get written.

Technical analysis

Finds the flaws, in a stroke, a skill or a mindset, and flags them so the whole coaching team works on the same thing.

Come meet us on the deck.

The best way to judge a coaching team is to swim one session with them. Yours costs nothing.
